It's mud season, and we are isolating, but you don't have to let your yoga practice get stuck in a rut. Our virtual classes with Debbie will continue until May 1st, or longer if we are still unable to reopen.

It looks like we will be spending mud season under a continuing shut down order. Until we can open our doors again, Debbie will continue to bring you four virtual classes a week. They will be on Zoom, a video conferencing platform, which lets us see each other. Register for your classes at the link below. If you would like to purchase a package, do that first so you will have the code when you register.

True North Yoga in the Adirondacks offers daily yoga classes in a variety of yoga styles including yoga classes for beginners, senior yoga classes, power vinyasa yoga classes, and gentle yoga classes. Our Hatha yoga classes include breathwork and meditation and are led by caring, dedicated yoga instructors.
