Beth Melecci’s passion is Bhakti, the devotional yoga of the heart. She discovered yoga when she was carrying her daughter, 32 years ago. She enjoyed the physical, mental and spiritual benefits, but fell in love with connectedness she felt with the other women in the class. It was the desire for connectedness that inspired her to teach yoga.

Since completing her yoga teacher training in 2016, Beth has been leading Hatha Yoga, Gentle Hatha for Beginners, and mixed-level Hatha Flow at True North Yoga. She also facilitates her unique heart-focused yoga and chanting workshops throughout the year.

Beth loves to be in nature and often practices yoga outdoors, and is a guide and tracker. Beth is also a talented musician and blends music with yoga through joyful chanting.
