Prana Flow Vinyasa Yoga is a moving meditation that invites one to feel the currents of their own bodies fluid flow to awaken the senses and nourish the spirit. In this flow we invite your life force (prana) breath to lead and move you with ease. Through (asana) movement meditation we open and awaken our inner guidance and energy systems to feel more in balance and good health. Through the closing waves we transition into stillness through gentle breathing and guided meditation. Come relax and restore your vital energies and dive deep into love’s every flowing current.
