In Chair Yoga, anyone can experience yoga’s benefits for themselves, regardless of physical limitations. You’ll feel invigorated and at peace as you learn gentle poses, taught by a caring and compassionate teacher.
All poses can be completed while sitting or while standing and using a chair for balance, and each class is tailored to the abilities and needs of its participants. Flexibility is increased as joints and muscles are relieved of tension and exercised.
Every class includes breathing practices and is concluded with a meditative relaxation exercise.
