She enjoyed the physical, mental and spiritual benefits, but fell in love with connectedness she felt with the other women in the class. It was the desire for connectedness that inspired her to teach yoga. Beth loves to be in nature and often practices yoga outdoors, and is a guide and tracker. Beth is also a talented musician and blends music with yoga through joyful chanting.
