Beti
Spangel is a freelance writer in Schroon Lake who has worked in
the fields of strategic planning and domestic violence, and

Kim

drives her, whether it's in the garden, in the kitchen or foraging in
the woods. Having run several restaurants and finding the work
physically challenging she became a massage therapist to learn more
about finding balance in her life. She spends her time learning and
exploring the many ways our bodies sustain themselves.
