There is a spot open for you in this weekend's Shamanic Reiki Level One training with Debbie in our Keene Valley studio. (You can register here if you would like to attend: goo.gl/rA8AYJ ) There will be no Community Yoga on Sunday due to the training.

True North Yoga in the Adirondacks offers daily yoga classes in a variety of yoga styles including yoga classes for beginners, senior yoga classes, power vinyasa yoga classes, and gentle yoga classes. Our Hatha yoga classes include breathwork and meditation and are led by caring, dedicated yoga instructors.
