Set your own goals. In a private yoga session, you work one-on-one with an instructor to learn unfamiliar or challenging asanas, address a problem area or pain, modify or adjust asanas for more comfort or extension, develop a home practice, practice deeper breathing, or learn meditation to promote relaxation and stress-relief. Sessions may be one-time or ongoing, at a time of day that works well for you.  The instructor will spend time getting to know you and what you hope to receive from your yoga practice so that each session can be tailored to meet your unique needs.  Private, customized group classes are also available for couples, families or friends.

As your yoga practice progresses, increased strength, flexiblity and body-awareness often lead to healthier choices and lifestyle changes. Healthy lifestyle coaching will help you set realistic fitness and weightloss goals, incorporate yoga, fitness training and outdoor activities into your daily life, create your own meditation practice, and eat wisely. By applying yoga's principles to fitness and nutrition, your healthy lifestyle coach can help you choose a lifestyle that really suits you. You reach for your goals and your coach will support you and cheer you on as you cross a finish line, summit a high peak or kayak with your kids.
